How to Use the Planner and the Calendar Together
A routine for a grid that looks planned:
Step 1: Arrange the grid in the free planner
Open the Instagram Feed Planner: /tools/instagram-feed-planner
- Choose how many rows to show (3 to 12).
- Upload images into the grid.
- Drag tiles until the grid looks right, and note the order.
The planner is free and needs no account.
Step 2: Connect Instagram to PostQuickAI
Connect an Instagram Business or Creator account.
If yours is personal, switch it in Instagram's settings first.
Step 3: Create the posts in that order
For each tile in your planned order:
- Upload the image, images or video
- Write the caption, or ask the assistant for one
- Ask for hashtags if you use them
- Ask for a proofread, then accept or discard the suggestion
Step 4: Give each post a date
Schedule them in the planned order, with the first tile going out last, since the newest post appears top left.
Step 5: Let them publish
Our servers publish each post at its time, even with your computer off.
